Several products, separate rulebooks
Stake publishes sportsbook, racing and poker policies alongside casino information. Sport-specific market rules should be read with the general conditions. Scores displayed during a match are not, by themselves, a substitute for the settlement terms of the actual selection.
Poker conduct and charges
The supplied card-room tables show seven-percent rake for listed Hold’em and Omaha cash-game stakes, with caps varying by blind level and player count. Other formats use different charges. The security policy prohibits bots, real-time assistance, collusion and account sharing. These restrictions should accompany any description of the poker offer.
Tournament interruption
Refund treatment depends on whether cancellation precedes the start, occurs before the prize stage, or follows entry into the prizes. The policy uses collected prize money rather than automatically paying the advertised guarantee after a cancelled tournament. Eliminated players are excluded from refunds under the supplied text; remaining players follow the relevant distribution formula.
Racing and withdrawals
The racing policy lists a USD 100,000 exotic-payout cap per account per race and no horse-racing cash-out. This is not a general account withdrawal ceiling. Ordinary deposit turnover and any separate bonus conditions still matter. Geographic exclusions also remain applicable, regardless of the sports or poker menu displayed.
